Return & Exchange Policy

At Ele Fashion, we want you to love every order you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Order Inspection

Customers are allowed to inspect their order while the courier is present (up to 10 minutes).

During inspection, you may check the size, fabric, and overall quality of each item.

If you decide not to keep the order, you may return it immediately to the courier and only the shipping fee will be charged.

Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the customer is responsible for the applicable exchange shipping fee.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are available provided the item meets the return conditions below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unused and unworn.

Unwashed.

In its original condition with all tags attached.

Returned in its original packaging.

Free from any stains, odors, perfume, or signs of use.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item:

Has been washed.

Has been altered or modified.

Has been damaged due to customer misuse.

Does not meet the conditions listed above.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product:

Ele Fashion will cover all shipping costs.

You may choose either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Partial Orders

Orders cannot be partially accepted or partially returned.

The order must be accepted in full or returned in full while the courier is present.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via Instapay or Vodafone Cash, depending on the agreed refund method.

Important Notice

After the courier leaves, return requests are accepted only in accordance with the policy stated above.
